Hollingworth Group Ltd may on occasion provide certain user information in anonymous, aggregate form to third parties such as advertisers for demographic purposes. However, Hollingworth Group Ltd will not provide any third party with your email address or other personal data.


Hollingworth Group Ltd use Sage Pay Systems for taking and processing payments from the user.  No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted therefore nothing we pass to Sage Pay can be used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access.  Once the information arrives at Sage Pay Systems the sensitive data is secured and the encryption keys are held on a tamper proof systems and regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities.  Sage Pay is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.


All transaction information passed between the website and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates.


Except for when making payments online we do not use a secure transmission method to receive your personal data when uploading or communicating with us via email unless otherwise stated.  Therefore we would like to bring to your attention that any information carried across the Internet is not secure and can be intercepted, lost and read by other people.  However, any personal data, images or texts that is collected by us is stored in a safe and secure environment where access is limited to only employees of Hollingworth Group Ltd and its other companies.


Hollingworth Group Ltd prides itself on quality of our manufacturing and workmanship of our products supplied to you.  However, if your book arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect you can contact us by emailing within 14 days of receipt and we will endeavour to rectify any problems.  The manufacturing process is carried out in our on-site bindery by skilled craftsmen, while we work hard to maintain consistency slight variations are a normal occurrence and do not qualify as a manufacturing defect.  Your book is your design therefore we do not proof, edit or make changes to the content in anyway.  It is the user’s responsibility to review your design before placing your order.  The software offers warnings for low quality images before confirming your order therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for poor print quality which is down to files you supply.


This Site is not intended to be used for unsolicited email or spam. We may occasionally send you an email containing announcements from which you will have the opportunity to "opt-out" of if you wish.

We hold and use photographic images and provide access to such images to the customer who, or business which, took the relevant photographic image. This permits us to process new and repeat orders. The customer who, or business which, took the relevant photographic image are likely to provide access to such photographic images to his, her or its relevant customer. We, however, only process and store photographic images as instructed by the customer who, or business which, took that image.

How to change your account details or request personal data deletion

Once you have an account set up through its very simple to amend your details. Just login to your account by selecting ‘My Account’ on the website and select ‘Account Details’. This will show all the information that you have provided to us and you can amend this information at anytime.


If you wish to request that your data be deleted, you can do so by selecting ‘My Account’ on the website and by selecting the ‘Data Deletion’ button, towards the right of the page. Please note that once your account has been deleted all information contained in your account will be deleted, so you will no longer have access to any order history, or online projects. Data deletion is not reversible.


If you change your mind after confirming this request, simply logging in to your account again within 7 days and your request will be cancelled, your personal data will not be deleted. If the data deletion is not canceled, your account and personal data will be deleted after 7 days.
